1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and G&C Consulting LLC (“G&C,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the United States with its principal place of business in Cypress, Texas. By accessing or using the website at gccosulting.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. About G&C Consulting LLC

G&C Consulting LLC is a holding company that owns and operates a portfolio of businesses across the Americas. The Site is informational. It does not, by itself, constitute an offer of products or services, investment advice, or a binding commitment.

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (US$100).

9. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and G&C Consulting LLC regarding the Site.
